I love to drink vege/fruit soup-drink. Sometimes, it is tomato, sometimes apple, other times whatever is seasonal in the market. Recently I bought a red cabbage. In Singapore, the liquid would be reddish purple - but this one here in The Netherlands (called Cool Rood - guessing: Red Cabbage?) - it is bluish-black! But it tastes good. I'd boil a big pot and drink it like water throughout the day. Cool? Cool Rood drink anyone?
