Jackaline from Cameroon, had an ankle operation, and moved in to share flat with Tracy and I. The flat is wheelchair friendly. She was discharged last night. As this is her first dinner back from the hospital, we cooked dinner for her. Ivana cooked fish and leek curry with coconut milk, Yee-Ling cooked mushroom omelette and croquettes, Kum-Loy cooked mixed vege rice, Tracy and I cooked tilapia fish in red curry, brown rice and egg-onion omelette.
