woww, a full and fulfilling day
- Had an extremely informative 3-hr interactive lesson on how to craft our research problem, guided by two PhD students. (group photo above)

- We had heard that one of our coursemates Jackaline, who had been nursing a 'sprained' ankle, may actually need to undergo surgery (paid for by uni insurance, but still highly traumatic!) to correct the deeper injury, probably one of her many tarsal bones could be broken. I felt the prompting of The Holy Spirit to send her an email, asking if she would like Tracy and I to pray with her. She welcomed the idea so much (yes, she's a committed Christian full of the joy of our Lord). So in the late afternoon, I packed a wafer, some wine, some disposable cups, and a bottle of anointing oil that Pastor Joseph Prince had prayed over. After a while to realize her condition, we prayed in The Holy Spirit with her, before we partook of our Lord's Holy Communion - His body (symbolized by the wafer) bruised for us, and by His stripes we are (aredi & alwis!) healed! - His Blood (symbolized by the wine) shed for us to perfectly remove all judgement for our sins! Before we left, I poured the anointing oil of The Holy Spirit and anointed her head and her foot - declaring that it is the anointing of our Lord that breaks every yoke!

- Then we came back and cooked tilapia fish in spicy sauce because we're having a social dinner tonight. Ivana whipped up a spicy beef curry and she was very kind to cook rice too, Yee-Ling cooked mushroom pasta, Ahsan fried some Dutch crusted chicken balls, KumLoy had Yee-Ling to buy and cook some Dutch crusted croquette, and of course Tracy and I provided the fish in spicy sauce.

- During and after dinner, Estevan joined us and we talked on a variety of topics. Ahsan created a very nice powerpoint presentation with music and special effects. We had a very full and fulfilling day.
