Am very pleased and curious to buy fresh garlic. In Singapore I only get the semi dried type and only from China. This one is from the Netherlands! The taste is not as sharp and pungent, rather, is softly mellow, sweet and fragrant. The sleeves are moist, succulent and thicker. Once peeled, each bulb is very slippery and certainly not easy to slice or cut. Two blooms cost 1.99euros / S$4. As for now, I love it, so each dinner that I prepare, I put in a full bloom ... lekker! (delicious)
