- Lois of Jong en Vrij Church invited me to stay over at her house for the weekend. She made very nice croissants and flaky pastry rolls with blue cheese, figs and dates! yummy!
- She was very kind to show me around Rotterdam too
- We had a very nice lunch at 'Beehive' department store: Bijenkorf
- Then we visited St Laurens Church, the Erasmus statue, the Government House (Stadhuis), part of Rotterdam beach to see the North Sea, and the Cubic Houses.
- For dinner, I did 2 kinds of stirfry fish with mixed vege - one spicy with chilli, masala, tumeric and coriander, and another with Cantonese sauce.
