Visited Ashley, a junior school - to talk with the Principal about inclusive practices in his school - to observe teachers' lessons - and to carry out 2 lessons: one each for a Year 2 and a Year 6 class (I did an interactive story telling plus game session for the Year 2 pupils: Jack & The Bean Stalk). Presented a book about Singapore to the school. Some teachers baked 5 English cakes for our tea - yummm! Had a clearer insight into policy and practice of inclusive education in London. Had a one to one talk with the Special Education Needs Coordinator.
