- Had our London cohort round-table meeting to give feedback to our sponsors about the programme.
- Took the opportunity to have dinner at Chinatown.
- By God's grace, they selected a Fuzhou restaurant!
- I ordered a plate of seafood rice cakes (pak-kworh).
- Thank Abba for the nostalgia dish
- But nothing beats Mother's pak-kworh with leeks, prawns, pork strips, and onion crisps!
