Yesterday, five cohort members who are completing their dissertations in the Netherlands boarded a Eurolines coach at 5pm. They will have reached Tilburg this morning. We said our goodbyes during yesterday's lunch. In the evening, 11 of us went for dinner. Kum-Loy and I shared a huge platter called Czech Plate that comprises grilled sausage, duck, beef and pork (yes, Czechs are meat eaters) with potato dumplings, bread dumplings, omacka sauce, sauerkraut. It costs 305kc, about 12Euros / 25 Singapore dollar.
